Training built for supported living services

Specialist training for supporting people well.

Supporting adults with learning disabilities in supported living services requires a strong grasp of individual needs, communication, Positive Behaviour Support and least restrictive practice. Staff need to understand each person as an individual — and to work in ways that protect their rights, autonomy and safety.

Our training focuses on the specialist skills these services depend on, alongside the safeguarding and professional practice essentials.
